Crescent BioLabs is a research-material supplier. We are not a Section 503A compounding pharmacy or a Section 503B outsourcing facility and do not claim authority to manufacture, compound, dispense, or distribute a product for human or animal use.
No reconstitution, dosing, or administration guidance
We do not provide guidance on reconstitution, dilution, dosing, combination, cycling, administration, injection, or preparation for use in or on a living organism. Customer service will refuse those requests. Repeated requests may lead to account review, order cancellation, or refusal of future service.
Qualified researcher requirement
By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 21 and are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a laboratory, academic institution, university, or research-based facility that lawfully uses research materials for in-vitro investigation. You also warrant that you will handle, store, and dispose of products under applicable law and accepted laboratory-safety practices.
No efficacy or therapeutic claims
No product page, article, email, certificate, review, social post, or support communication should be understood as a representation that a product is safe, effective, or suitable for anything other than in-vitro laboratory research. Structural, functional, or mechanistic descriptions characterize research materials only and do not claim effects in humans or animals.
