Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct prohibited on crescentbiolabs.com and related services. It supplements our Terms of Service, and a violation is a material breach of those Terms.

You agree not to attempt or enable any of the following:

Access and automation

• use a bot, crawler, scraper, headless browser, scripted agent, AI agent, or similar automated means to access or extract site content, except a well-behaved public search indexer following robots.txt;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from site software;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, bot detection, CAPTCHAs, or security features;
• probe or test a vulnerability without written authorization;
• mirror or systematically extract pricing, listings, images, certificates, reviews, or other data;
• use site content to train a machine-learning or generative model without written permission;
• impose an unreasonable load on infrastructure.

Account and payment abuse

• create duplicate accounts, share an account, or use another person’s account without permission;
• register with false identity, affiliation, qualification, or intended-use information;
• use a stolen, unauthorized, or mismatched payment method;
• initiate a bad-faith payment dispute or abuse a promotion, referral, or affiliate program.

Content and harassment

• submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or privacy-invasive content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation;
• make therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, dosing, or efficacy claims about a product;
• harass, threaten, or abuse staff or support personnel.

Interference and illegality

• introduce malware or malicious code;
• attempt unauthorized access to an account, system, network, or data;
• violate law or third-party rights;
• engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.

For a violation, we may take proportionate action, including:

• remove, restrict, or edit offending content;
• suspend or terminate an account;
• cancel pending orders and refuse future orders;
• block identifiers reasonably associated with abuse;
• pursue lawful civil remedies or cooperate with law enforcement.

Actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary for security, fraud prevention, safety, or legal compliance.

Report suspected violations to support@crescentbiolabs.com. Include relevant URLs, order or account references, timestamps, and a concise description. Do not send passwords, full payment credentials, or unlawfully obtained data.
